SEM Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Job Description

At Hyluminix Infosystems, we blend technology with creative media to help brands grow in the digital space. We're looking for an SEM Specialist who can own paid search campaigns end-to-end and bring a creative edge to performance marketing. You'll manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms while collaborating closely with our content and production teams—so an appreciation for audio, music, and video content is a big plus. If you're someone who can dig into keyword data with Boolean logic and also understand what makes a 15-second audio ad land, we want to talk. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple accounts. This isn't just about bidding and budgets—you'll help shape ad copy, suggest landing page tweaks, and work with our developers to ensure tracking is spotless. We're a lean team, so you'll have the freedom to experiment with new formats, including audio ads and video campaigns. You'll report directly to the Head of Growth and work alongside content creators, designers, and engineers who are just as passionate about sound and visuals as they are about metrics.
