We are an early-stage, remote-first team - learn more at cognitiveagents.dev Role & responsibilities: - Test our web and mobile applications end to end: functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing - Write, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios from product requirements - Test REST APIs using tools like Postman and log clear, reproducible bug reports - Verify AI-driven product flows, including edge cases and unexpected inputs - Work closely with developers to reproduce, triage, and retest issues until closure - Participate in release testing and sign-off for new features Preferred candidate profile: - 0-2 years of experience in software/application testing (strong freshers welcome) - Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle - Hands-on exposure to manual testing of web or mobile apps; API testing exposure is a plus - Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, or any automation tool is a bonus, not mandatory - Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and clear written communication - Comfortable working remotely with an async, fast-moving startup team What we offer: - Fully remote work (India), flexible hours - Direct ownership of quality across four AI product lines - Fast learning curve working alongside AI-powered engineering workflowsRole & responsibilities
