Job Description
1. Help with MIS & debtors collections 2. Bill to bill entries on tally 3. Profitability calculation on month to month basis on excel 4. Preparing reports on PPT 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and prevent overdue debts 7. Identify and address any issues or reasons for non-payment 8. Maintain Ledgers in Tally 9. Should be well versed with Tally 10. Maintain electronic records and hard copies of all payment plans, amounts paid, and communications. 11. When necessary, escalating calls to managers. 12. Legislative guidelines of the Privacy Act must be followed.
